Mayfest Productions
Mayfest Productions plans and produces the nation's largest student-run music festival — Dillo Day, with over 12,000 festival attendees, set on the Northwestern Campus. In addition to the festival, Mayfest hosts and promotes a number of other programming events including Battle of the Bands and Battle of the DJs. Learn more here.

2025: Theme TBD, Mayfest Productions Co-chair
Main Responsibilities:
Leading the executive board of 18 members and managing a $500,000
budget for the largest student-run music festival in the country, with
over 12,000 attendees.
Overseeing festival operations, including
two stages featuring 15 artists performing over 9.5 hours.
Partnering with Northwestern University administration and the
City of Evanston to implement safety and community relations
initiatives to ensure a secure and successful event.
2024: Camp Dillo, Promotions Co-Director
While I am one of the co-chairs of the entire organization now, my background is in Promotions.The Promotions committee designs and distributes all promotional materials for Mayfest Productions and Dillo Day. They handle artist announcements, merchandise, digital content, and marketing campaigns, engaging the student body through social media to manage the organization's brand and keep students updated.
Main Responsibilities:
Leading a team of 15 in developing branding strategies and managing
partnerships.
Communicating with talent agencies to get
marketing approval for promotional materials.
Overseeing artist
announcements, sponsorship posts, and lineup posters over multiple
platforms to ensure they both maintained brand consistency and adhered
to contracts with our artists and sponsors, such as Nyx, Bumble, and
more.
2023: Planet Dillo, Lead Brand Designer
Main Responsibilities:
Crafting the festival's brand guidelines, focusing on brand vision and
differentiation as well as color palette, typography, and visual brand
extensions such as icons and reusable assets.
Assisting graphic
designers on any promotional work needed.
In charge of crewing
merch and the lineup poster.
2022: Return of the Rodeo, Graphic Designer
Main Responsibilities:
Creating graphics based on the brand book guidelines for any
promotional material needed.
Collaborating with apparel
producers on merch production.
Analyzing engagement data to
implement social media strategies.
2021: Post-modern Dillo, Promotions Intern
Main Responsibilities:
Creating stickers, artist announcements, social media graphics,
internal graphics sent to sponsors for gratuity.
